1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and meet the minimum age required in your country. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
2. The service
Life Quests provides real-world challenges, proof submission, moderation, XP, coins, levels, rankings, and digital customization. Features, quests, rewards, and availability may change.
3. Participation, wellness, and safety
You are responsible for deciding whether a quest is appropriate for your health, ability, location, and circumstances. Never undertake dangerous, illegal, restricted, or irresponsible activity. Life Quests provides general wellness challenges and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning potentially strenuous activity, particularly if you have a medical condition or safety concern, and stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, or otherwise feel unwell.
4. Proof and user content
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Verzit a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display it only as needed to operate, moderate, secure, and improve Life Quests. User content includes profile names, profile images, quest proof, and any material submitted through present or future community features.
You must not upload or share nudity, sexual or exploitative material, real-world graphic violence, hate or discriminatory content, threats, harassment, bullying, impersonation, fraud, spam, illegal content, content that infringes another person's rights, or material that endangers or targets minors. Do not publish another person's private information or precise location without authorization.
5. Reporting, blocking, and moderation
Users can report publicly visible profiles and block other users from leaderboard visibility. Authorized moderators may review reports and submissions, remove profile content, reject proof, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, preserve relevant safety records, or take other proportionate action to enforce these Terms and applicable law.
Reports must be made in good faith. Misusing reporting or blocking tools to harass others or interfere with the service is prohibited. We aim to review safety reports promptly, but response time may vary with severity and available information. Contact lifequests@verzit.com for urgent account-safety concerns or to request review of a moderation decision.
6. XP, coins, and digital items
XP, coins, levels, rankings, and digital items have no cash value unless expressly stated. They cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed outside Life Quests. We may correct balances affected by errors, abuse, or unauthorized activity.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not manipulate proof, rewards, referrals, rankings, or platform systems.
- Do not impersonate others, scrape the service, distribute malware, or bypass security.
- Do not harass users or moderators, create fraudulent accounts, or act unlawfully.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for violations, fraud, security risks, legal requirements, or harm. You may delete your account at any time.
9. Third-party services
Life Quests depends on third-party infrastructure and may link to external content governed by separate terms.
10. Availability and disclaimers
Life Quests is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Nothing excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Verzit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses. Responsibility is not limited where law prohibits limitation.
